Red Skies

Description

Red skies is a 3D arcade flight combat game where you fight a horde of aliens.

Your aircraft is fast, but not very maneuverable. To make up for your lack of agility, you can fold the plane’s wings mid-flight, which removes all rotational drag, and allows you to quickly flip to a new direction. Once you face your desired direction, you can unfold your wings and activate boosters to quickly change velocity. Use this mechanic to dodge projectiles and maneuver around more agile enemies.

Controls

• Use the mouse to control plane pitch and roll.
• Use left mouse button to shoot enemies.
• Space bar activates booster and unfolds wings.
• Use 'WASDQE' keys to directly control plane pitch/roll/yaw.
  • 'W' pitches your plane forward.
  • 'S' pitches your plane backward.
  • 'A' rolls your plane to the left.
  • 'D' rolls your plane to the right.
  • 'Q' yaws your plane to the left.
  • 'E' yaws your plane to the right.
• Use Left shift + 'WASDQE' keys to fold wings. Activate rocket booster to unfold wings.
  • shift + 'W' spins (pitch) your plane forward.
  • shift + 'S' spins (pitch) your plane backward.
  • shift + 'A' spins (roll) your plane to the left.
  • shift + 'D' spins (roll) your plane to the right.
  • shift + 'Q' spins (yaw) your plane to the left.
  • shift + 'E' spins (yaw) your plane to the right.
